Methodology
My methods for this project began with competitive research, both online, and in liquor stores. I then sketched many logo designs and iterated on a chosen few. Finally, I created the brand identity based on the logo. Through experimentation and iterations, I am very happy with the finished product.
Scope
Granger is a faux wine company. The goals behind this wine brand are to be: environmentally conscious, delicious, and eye catching. For this project, I created a logo with the goal of reflecting the brand–fun, eye catching, and a sense of movement (as the company is a mover and shaker in the industry). I then created the product as well as an Instagram page, an invitation, and a poster to support the grand opening of the winery.
Results
Through this project, I learned that this is something that I really enjoy! If I saw this bottle on a shelf, I would gravitate towards it.
